Tel Aviv

Saturday 12:00 PM
I arrived in Tel Aviv at 5:00am got my rental car, and headed to the hotel (1/2 hrs drive). I was suprised to see many young people just getting out of clubs, and strolling. I slept for a few hours, took a much needed shower. My hotel is close to the beach, and to wake up I got my feet wet in the Mediterranean Sea, which is warmer than the water in Hawaii. Everything is very calm here, everyone that I see is on the way to the beach. Stores are closing early here today because of a holiday. I will be leaving for Jerusalem in a few hours.
BTW I have a cell phone # which is 50-3051024, It's free for me to receive a call.

Glad to hear your voice this morning. It really wasn't too early. ;-) The blog you are making is really great.
By the way the church we were thinking of is the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Lots of cool artifacts inside. Also, if you get a tour, or even if not, you should visit the 12 stations of the cross. There are small plaques that commemorates where Jesus walked with the cross.
Lastly, Mom says don't take pictures of Arabs without their permission or unless you are quick/sneeky about it.
Be safe and have fun.
